Sometimes it's uncomfortable. Ups and downs. Physical aches. Moments of clarity followed by doubt, worry, and weariness. All in the name of bringing harmony to the diversity within ourselves.
Lately, I've been feeling all of the above. And the image that keep comes to me is Alice in Wonderland—outgrowing the house, arms and legs hanging out the windows, bursting at the seams.

Insights
Here's the metaphor as I view it:
Alice is the soul-level expansion that's already happening. Growing whether we keep pace with it or not. The house is our old context—the places, relationships, patterns, and lifestyle choices that once fit, or seemed to, but no longer can hold who we're becoming.
And guess what? Our growth is inevitable.
If soul expansion could be stopped, it would not be the powerful creative force that it is now would it? It's like trying to keep Alice small when she's already outgrown the house. The bursting will happen—whether through sudden ruptures or slow, uncomfortable pressure.
But we do have a choice in how we meet our growth.
We can resist and let it burst in more dramatic and challenging ways. Or we can gently, consciously follow the shifts into bigger spaces that can hold our expansion.
What that can look like in real time:
Confidence one moment, doubt the next. Physical aches that don't have an obvious cause. Resurfacing of old patterns. Weariness that feels like "blah" for no apparent reason.
I've heard this can be how integration expresses itself during healing. As we ground heightened states we've accessed on all levels – mind, body, and spirit. However, rather than letting this become an excuse for unnecessary resistance, I'm choosing to meet the transition responsibly: acceptance, rest, body movement, nature time, working with support when needed.
There has also been something else:
Just going to live my life.
Practicing what I call relaxed intentionality. Not thinking about growth or being tuned into personal or spiritual development conversations as often. Just being. Letting my expansion happen naturally instead of managing or understanding it into submission.

Here are the uplifting resources I’ve been spending time with this month:
Modern Life is a Disease – Content Creator, Madisun Gray, shares what she's discovered about intentionally opting out of sick and tired. And back into the simple art of living well. Disclaimer: I believe there's balance to find between modern and natural living, rather than generalizing "modern" as problematic.
How Language Shapes the Way We Think | Lera Boroditsky | TED – Cognitive scientist shares examples of how the different sounds, vocabularies and structures that make up the various languages around the world shape the way we think (without many of us even realizing it!)

Closing Reflection
Recently, I had a profound shift as I reflected on my experience of Divine Love.
It led to me hearingSpirit say:
I write you a Love letter every moment.
It opened me up to a tearful rampage of how loved I am. How much Spirit wants to give to me. How I must be open to receive it.
And that became my encouragement to myself: keep the spark alive. There's more love and beauty to align with. I just have to be available for it.
So I'm asking myself—and inviting you to consider:
What would help you be available for the expansion that's already happening within?
If you're ready to explore your expansion with support, I'm here.
